Discussions continue regarding the introduction of Eli-Fly's
'Heli-Shuttle' service. The service will run from Fiumicino Airport
to the Railway Station Terminus in downtown Rome. More news to follow
soon.

had a stand at The
Autumn 2000 FLYER International Flight Training Exhibition in
London presented by FLYER Magazine. The two-day exhibition included
participation by all the major UK training schools and provided
information about commercial pilot training.

Conference to be held at the Cumberland Hotel, Marble Arch, London

Formal "In-Plant Acceptance" of Eli-Fly's new FNPT II (MCC)
will commence on 5th June 2000. This device is the first of three
being manufactured by Mechtronix
in Montreal, Canada for use in the Galileo
Training Center. The trainer is based upon a Beech 200 but has
also the capability of being converted to represent a twin-piston-engined
aeroplane. The second FNPT will be ready for "In Plant Acceptance"
at the end of June and the third will be ready in the late fall
of this year.

An agreement between Eli-Fly and Oxford
Aviation Training, whose main headquarters are in UK., has just
been signed. This commercial joint venture is a further example
of a partnership in skills within the framework of the European
Union. Eli-Fly and Oxford will jointly arrange seminars in selected
venues in Italy at which potential cadet pilot students and their
family members may learn of the opportunities for a career in commercial
aviation. These seminars will show how to access a career as an
airline pilot through the training plans offered by Oxford Aviation
Training.

Progress continues with the project to start a helicopter shuttle
service for passengers wishing to connect between Rome Fiumicino
Airport and the City Centre. An estimated flight time of 6 minutes
from airport departure to city centre will be provided utilizing
Bell 412 helicopters. This compares with an average time by car
or taxi of about one hour due to the traffic density. The service
is expected to commence later this year.

Another fire fighting contract is for multi-year coverage in
Sardinia. The contract was signed with Regione Sardegna and will
utilize a Bell 412 having a 1500 litre tank capacity.

Eli-Fly has recently commenced another year of providing fire
fighting coverage for Calabria in Italy. The renewed contract cements
a firm business relationship with Regione Calabria that has existed
for several years. The service will be provided using five SA315
"LAMA" helicopters controlled out of the new base in Crotone that
is adjacent to the Galileo
Training Center.
